Getting Fit


I really want to get fit. I've been wanting to for a while, I've finally gone for it and wanted to note down some goals. It'll be nice to look back at how I was feeling. I started going to the gym in April this year and I have lost around 10kg !! More importantly, I've gotten so much stronger and I have more energy.
I had to take a break from gyming when I had an operation on my elbow ( trapped nerve). Now I've decided to start going to classes and mixing it up. I think my body was getting used to me doing the same routine every time, I wasn't pushing myself. Now I'm doing something different, I'm including weight training as well which will make my body stronger.

I think what's important is to be realistic, I know I'm not going to wake up with a super strong body tomorrow. All that being said, I'm really excited.
